Item Description

Yellow-green, translucent, textbook hexagonal pyromorphite barrels, to 5 mm, with frosted faces are richly and attractively clustered on two sides of the hefty sculptural small cabinet limonite matrix. Pyromorphite specimens are rare and seldom available from this obscure small lead prospect in the Northern Territory. Ex Bob Reynolds Collection, a well-known fossil and mineral expert and Curator of the San Bernardino County Museum. He passed away in 2020. An excellent example of this rarely on the market Australian pyromorphite.
