Item Description

This from a recently found pocket near the famous fluorite mine, Shizhuyuan mine, in 2018. When they first came out, many people thought they were smithsonite because of the style and luster. However, it has been confirmed that is mostly consist of pyromorphite and mimetite. Most of the find from this mine are green botryoids with some secondary green, yellow or white crystals. Very unusual and interesting pyromorphite from a new locality in Hunan Province, the first good green pyro from this area in fact. A fine miniature, which was valued like gold in China when they came out!
