Quartz included with Riebeckite (ex Obodda)

Item Description

An attractive Quartz specimen from this cool REE locality in Pakistan. This piece features a few sharp, very lustrous, well-formed, hexagonal gemmy Quartz crystals with notable prismatic inclusions of the amphibole Riebeckite. It is one of the few pieces of this material I have seen from Zagi Mt. I believe that there might be some tiny Rutile "threads" in there as well. Good condition overall, with a tiny bit of "roughness" on the display side. Certainly a good "inclusion" specimen for anybody interested in this kind of material. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
