Item Description
The Green Monster Mountain locality in Alaska is known for producing some superb Epidote specimens, along with a few associated minerals, including Quartz. This piece is a sharp, well-formed, somewhat gemmy Japan-law twinned Quartz. The piece is doubly-terminated, but the small "arm" of twin is contacted on the back. The final touch to the specimen is that it associated with pistachio green Epdiote in small areas. A cool U.S. Quartz / Epidote specimen from this classic locality.
