Item Description

A very rare and striking, water-clear, quartz scepter with a sparkly, copper-colored, lepidochrosite microcrystal phantom from the famed Goboboseb Mountains of Namibia. The glassy scepter has pretty subtle hints of purple amethyst and smoky colors to enhance the overall impact of the piece. The scepter is complete all-around and nearly pristine. A bit of trivial termination edgewear is noted, as are two contacted areas on the sides of the scepter. The contacted areas actually have very little damage, per se. Lepidochrosite is very rare as a quartz inclusion mineral from Brandberg and this unique piece was prized by Charlie Key. Valued at $950.
