Item Description

Water-clear, tapered quartz crystals of various sizes form a beautiful and aesthetic specimen from the well-known quartz deposits in Montgomery County. This impressive piece looks great from the front and back with the terminations of the two major crystals being pristine. A couple of broken crystals hidden at the base and a trivial bit of contacting are noted, but are certainly a very modest detraction to this gorgeous quartz cluster. The the two large crystals and the spikes in the front are striking. Excellent material from the Schlichter Collection.
