Item Description
An attractive small cabinet specimen filled with gemmy, sharp, lustrous rich purple Amethyst crystals measuring up to 4.0 cm which features radiating and acicular inclusions of dark golden-brown Goethite under the surface. The piece is in decent shape, but there is some visible damage, so it's not pristine. We have photographed the little inclusions with a Canon MP-E 65 mm macro lens to better illustrate the quality.
