Item Description
A gorgeous, cranberry-red, thumbnail beryl crystal cluster from the famed Violet Claim in the Wah Wah Mountains of Utah. The "smokestack" crystal is very cute and the crystals have excellent gemminess and textbook, hexagonal form. The bit of attached matrix is a nice accent. This is about the best color saturation and gemminess you can get for a Wah Wah red beryl. Ex Ed Braiman Collection. 1.84 carats. For those wanting an excellent example that doesnt break the bank, this is it. Small but of very high quality. One clean repair in the middle.
