A stunning, red gem tourmaline from a NEW January, 2011 find at the famous Cruzeiro Mine! The limpid to translucent body is a pleasing cranberry-pink. The body and termination also have inclusions of lighter pink tourmaline. The termination on this crystal was broken and is healed. The yellow-green lepidolite crystal clusters and small tourmalines on one side add character. Complete all-around and pristine, except for one clean repair in the center. Red tourmalines have always been very highly desirable and here is your chance to get a real beauty from a brand-new find. 17 grams. This was ONE pocket.
