Rhodochrosite

This mine has produced some very well known Rhodochrosite specimens in its history. This piece hosts attractive, sharp, lustrous, rhombs of pale pink colored Rhodochrosite with minor sulfides and white cubes of Fluorite coated by "sugary" / drusy Quartz forming a lovely thumbnail specimen. An eye-catching little specimen for any collector of Rhodochrosites or specimens from Colorado from this well known mine in the San Juan Mountains.
