Item Description

Rhodochrosite specimens directly attributable to this well-known Madan polymetallic mine are RARE. This aesthetic and sculptural combination is highlighted by the scattered nubby bladed "balls" of pretty pastel-pink rhodochrosite, to 1.2 cm. The snow-white sprays of hackly calcite rhombs and clusters of quartz points are fine accessories to the matrix covered with sparkly drusy quartz. It displays well without aid.
