Item Description

This mine has produced some very well known Rhodochrosite specimens in its history. This piece hosts an attractive, sharp, well-formed, rhombohedral crystal of light pink colored Rhodochrosite sitting on white Quartz crystal matrix. The Rhodo rhomb measurs 7 mm across. A nice specimen for any collector of Rhodochrosites or specimens from Colorado from this well known mine in the San Juan Mountains.
