From the famous Colorado collection of Richard A. Kosnar. The Sunnyside mine has produced some very well known Rhodochrosite specimens in its history. This piece features a few attractive, sharp, bright pink colored Rhodochrosite rhombs sitting on matrix. The Rhodos are have decent luster with that classic color that is well known from the Sunnyside mine. A nice specimen for any collector of Rhodochrosites or specimens from Colorado.
