Item Description

Pretty rose-red, lustrous, translucent, rhodochrosite rhombs with frosted faces, to 9 mm on edge, are densely intergrown on the undulating pyrite, galena and quartz matrix to form a rich and attractive small cabinet combination from Peru. The W.S. Logan Collection # X12-3. An excellent, colorful and showy classic example of the species and locale.
