Item Description

Rhodochrosite, gypsum and quartz combination specimens are uncommon from the famous Santa Eulalia District. Sparkling, spherical aggregates of translucent, pastel-pink, rhodo rhombs comprise this scultpural, two-sided piece. Tan gypsum blades are partially coated and hidden by the rhodochrosite. One side of the piece also has a drusy quartz coating, adding more character to this fine combination piece from the Dave Stoudt Collection.
