Garnets are beloved for their wide range of colors. Garnets are typically known recognized as red gems, and this little set is a great example of this material. This matched pair features very well matched "Heart" cut gems with great, saturated color. The stones are virtually calibrated, and would fit very well into pre-made jewelry settings. I am labelling them as Rhodolites, but I bought them as a group and each stone could vary chemically to the point where they might each be a different species or variety. They have a gorgeous rich ruby red color.
