A striking and excellent cluster of well-defined, highly lustrus, vivid pink, flat prismatic, rhodonite blades from the famous 1998 finds at the San Martin Mine of Peru. The rhodonites are festooned with quartz micro-needles, which adds a dramatic sparkle to this beautiful piece. The little column of stacked calcite rhombs is a super accent. Pristine. A very fine and aesthetic combination example, which is one of the best in this size range that I have seen from this find. Valued at $1500.
