Here we have a beautiful gemmy Rubellite Tourmaline with sharp, glassy faces and excellent pinkish-cranberry color. The main crystal is in good shape, but there are some rough spots here and there. From the collection of Rolando Gioia (a contributor to new definitive book on Brazilian minerals: "Minerais e Pedras Preciosas do Brasil"). Specimen weight is 6.80 grams.
