Item Description

The Rubies from Jagdalek are among some of the most well known and superbly crystallized Ruby specimens around. This specimen features a few fairly well formed, semi-lustrous, reddish-pink color prismatic crystals of Ruby on marble matrix. The largest Ruby measures 1.1 cm across. The crystals are not opaque as the majority of these specimens tend to be, but they are not necessarily gem quality.. The color in this crystal is really beautiful, and the overall quality of the piece is better compared to most from this locality. These specimens have truly risen in price on the market in recent years, and it seems that they are not being found as frequently as they once were, so do not miss out.
