Recently, the various gem tracts around Luc Yen have produced some impressive Sapphire crystals. These are easily some of the most attractive Sapphire crystals to come out of any locality. This specimen is a nice, semi-lustrous, translucent, fairly sharp, pink Sapphire crystal. This locality has the potential to produce some SUPERB Sapphires and despite a few tiny rough spots, this is a decent little thumbnail specimen from this up and coming locality.
