The various gem tracts around Luc Yen have produced some decent Ruby and Sapphire crystals recently. This specimen features a good sized, fairly lustrous orange-pink crystal of Sapphire with sharp lustrous faces and good form. A nice thumbnail for any collector, and certaily a worthwhile pickup for anybody who collects this material or simply Corundum from around the world.
