Item Description
Sapphire triplets are extremely rare from the famous gem deposits of Ratnapura, Sri Lanka and yellow sapphires are among the rarer colors in nature. The gemmy and lustrous, variably tinted, honey-yellow, tapered crystals are pristine and have classic, well-striated crystal faces. Two of the crystals are doubly terminated and I really like the skewed "X" shape of the cluster. Excellent older material from these famous deposits. 19.39 carats or nearly 4 grams.
