Item Description

A classic "spray" of sharp, lustrous, GEMMY, colorless, prismatic crystals of Scolecite with minor blocky crystals of white Fluorapophyllite-(K). These specimens may be common on the market, but they are still the finest examples of crystallized Scolecite in the world. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#7107). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017).
