Item Description

A great specimen of this rare copper silicate featuring a wonderful coverage of beautiful blue, radiating, minutely-crystallized velvety Shattuckite. Up close, the crystallization is excellent, and really eye catching. This came out of the ground a few years ago at Tantara (note this is NOT from Namibia), and was analyzed / confirmed at the University of Arizona - although it most likley does contain a small amount of Plancheite and possibly Ajoite. If you're a collector of this material, don't miss out on this eye-catching, displayable, small cabinet display specimen. Rarely does one encounter larger display specimens of this hard to find species, especially with such attractive form. Valued at $950 retail.
