The Hongda Mine is perhaps the most famous Silver mine in China, and has produced some of, if not the finest Silver specimens from Asia. Many people are familiar with these great wire Silvers, and this piece is a wonderful small miniature with good aesthetics and balance. It features small groups of Wire Silver in/on cubic Acanthite to create a very eye-catching and desirable specimen. The Acanthite crystals are rather sharp for the locality and the piece has nice aesthetics and balance.
