A gorgeous, 2.5 x 2.4 x 2.1, gem, smoky quartz crystals with beautiful swirls of smoky color is striking set in a vug lined with smaller quartz points. The ultra-sharp, hexagonal crystal looks faceted! Exceptional pristine older material, uncommon in this form and quality, from New South Wales. It looks like first-class Brandberg or Goboboseb material, but its not. The matrix is soft clay, chalk or limestone.
