Item Description

Here we have a good crystallized scepter habit Smoky Quartz specimen from this famous locality at Hallelujah Junction in Nevada. I obtained this specimen directly from the people who collected it (Earth's Treasures / Rick Kennedy). The specimen was mined in May of 2016. It has good form and gemminess for any locality, especially one in the U.S. The piece features sharp, lustrous, well formed, defined smoky colored crystals sitting on nearly black Smoky Quartz prisms with a distinct two-tone color variation. A minor contact on the back, along with a nick on one of the terminations keeps it from being 100% perfect, but it's still a pretty good specimen for the material.
