A few rich wine red color, somewhat translucent, lustrous, heavily striated dodecahedral Spessartine crystals measuring up to 1.1 cm across on VERY lustrous, porcelain-esque white Microcline with a few gemmy colorless Quartz crystals.. For Garnet collectors, this is an attractive Fe-rich Spessartine specimen, and the pieces from Shengus are among the best red Spessartines in the world.
