Spinel is another gem that comes in a great range of colors. Most people are familiar with the Ruby Spinels, but a large percentage of Spinels out there are not red. This stone is an attractive, good size, nearly eye clean, bubble gum pink color, "Step Oval" cut gemstone. This gem has a very attractive color, as pink Spinels are some of the most popular of all Spinels. It is difficult to find superb quality Spinels from Tanzania, as they are simply not very common.
