Item Description

A striking 2.0 cm spinel-twinned, notched, silver crystal 'needle' with an arrowhead termination dramatically rises above the cluster of classic herringbone-patterned spinel twins from the famous early 1980s finds from the New Nevada Mine in the well-known Batopilas silver mining district. The crystals are partially iridescent under bright and nicely burnished, adding allure. An elegant and very aesthetic thumbnail from the well-known finds distinct from other silvers.
