Superb Carlsbad-twinned Orthoclase (RARE locale!)

Mineral specimens of any type are RARE from this obscure Portugal district and well-formed orthoclase crystals are EXTREMELY RARE. This classic and pristine flesh-pink floater has textbook Carlsbad-twinned form. Some of the corners and edges are even translucent orange! Very rare and choice material, that comes with a label from a respected Spanish dealer I trust on this oddity (Jordi Fabre) or I would have relabeled it as German, probably.
