Item Description

Suredaite is an ultra-rare Pb-Sn sulfosalt, UNIQUE to this less well-known polymetallic mine. Splendent metallic needles partially cover the floor of the 2.8 cm box. Though massive suredaite is fairly common in one sector at Pirquitas, crystals were never common. This rare species was approved in 1997. A highly representative sample from the Josef Vajdak Collection.
