tabular Quartz with Tourmaline casts

Unusual, quite attractive, tabular crystals of Quartz with casts on the edges where it grew as a floater, perched off of Tourmalines. Unusual habit, and super quality for a brazilian tabular quartz - It is gemmy, unusually tabular, and doubly-terminated in all directions. There are only two small contacts on two of the terminations, otherwise the condition is very good. Formerly in the J.C. Dixon collection, this was #11,140 for Kay.
