As a specimen, I value it highly at $2500-3000 and in fact I sold it 3 years ago for $2000; and obtained/exchanged it back recently, which is why I can now offer it at risk of getting a price lower than what I myself paid to begin with. As a pure bonus, the gem rough value here is considerable at $500 per carat in finished wholesale gems - all you have to do is heat-treat this to make it the deeper jewelry-desired crazy-blue color, and cut away.
