Item Description
This is a really displayable and contrasting classic piece from Pribram in the Czech Republic. A "double plate" of off-white drusy Quartz is host to a pair of bright, silvery gray, metallic, 1.2 cm, slightly intergrown Tetrahedrite crystals on the top Quartz plate. Both plates have several dull battleship gray, well-formed, cubic Galena crystals from 3 to 8 mm across in clusters and as isolated crystals. The Tetrahedrite and Galena really stand out on the off-white Quartz for ultimate contrast. There are even several 2 to 3 mm, translucent, dark red Sphalerite crystals scattered on both the Tetrahedrite and Galena. This is a really cool and contrasty piece from an old classic Bohemian locality!
