Item Description

VERY RARE and sculptural 360-degree combination material from the Erongo Mts. Topaz is very uncommon compared to aquamarine, schorl and fluorite from here. Sharp, glassy, colorless topaz crystals, to 1.0 cm, are peppered on all sides of this very 3-dimensional small cabinet. Striking parallel-growth clusters of lustrous schorl crystals and two dramatic, well-placed and RARE rosettes of goethite pseudomorphs after classic hematite "eisenroses" are superb complements to this exceptional Erongo rarity. The color contrast is remarkable. Possibly unique. Try to find another combination pseudomorph with topaz of this quality, richness and form. Ex Charlie Key. Valued at $1000-1250.
