Item Description

Three luminous neon-green clusters of torbernite plates, to 5 mm, are aesthetically scattered on the oxide-coated massive quartz matrix. The striking ribbon is 2.5 cm and the central cluster is 1.3 cm. There are more scattered crystals on the back, as a bonus. This showy and colorful piece is from a series of uranium mines, that were active from the 1950s to 1980 (MINDAT).
