Tourmaline

Tourmalines are beloved by dealers and collectors for their intense colors in various shades. Pink Tourmaline is one of the most popular colors for the material in the world, and gems from San Diego County, California are not common on the market today. This "Oval Cabochon" cut gem has slight inclusions with a lovely bubble gum pink olor. It is a good size gem and would make a great addition to any U.S. gemstone collection. Unfortunately, we do not know which mine in San Diego county this gem originated from, but it does not take away from the value at all in my mind.
