Tourmaline

Tourmaline is one of the most popular colored stones in the world due to the fact that it occurs in virtually every color of the rainbow, and comes in large bright gems. The stone has a rich purplish-pink hue with a standard "pear" cut. The clarity is nearly eye clean, which is not common in Tourmalines nearly any size. A great gem for a pendant, or a gift for somebody with an October birthday, since Tourmaline is one of the birthstones for that month.
