Tourmalines are beloved by dealers and collectors for their intense colors in various shades. Mozambique has produced a good number of excellent Tourmalines recently, especially on the pink side of the spectrum. Pink Tourmaline is one of the most popular colors for the Tourmaline in the world. This stone has such a "Round Brilliant" cut with a bright orange-pink color. It is nearly eye clean, (just very very slightly included) and would make a great addition to gem collection. Tourmaline is classified as a "Type 3" gemstone, as inclusions are almost always present, and accepted by dealers and collectors, so when you find a nearly clean stone like this, it's a real treat.
