Item Description

A weird looking doubly terminated tourmaline with the RARE association of glassy, stilbite blades, an elongated, doubly terminated microcline crystal and a pretty, gemmy, lavender lepidolite book embedded in cleavelandite blades. The 3.9 cm, lustrous and translucent, bi-colored tourmaline is heavily tapered and etched. The olive-green area is quite gemmy, compared to the classic "Himalaya pink" of the rest of the crystal. This is a really unusual, rare and yet quite sculptural 360-degree combination specimen from this renowned locale. We"ve not seen another, quite like this.
