Item Description
A beautiful, gemmy and lustrous, polychrome tourmaline from the famous Himalaya Mine. The classic, well-striated, crystal has the pleasing, vivid, "Himalaya pink" body. The base is hues of green and the lustrous, modified, pinacoidal termination is light gray. This fine older piece probably dates to the 1960s or 70s. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only one tiny bit of sidewear. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection # 24. 13 grams. Valued at $300.
