Uvite and Magnesite on Quartz

Item Description

A striking and showy specimen of gemmy and lustrous, bottle-green uvite crystals to 1.2 cm aesthetically attached to the side and included in the glassy, translucent quartz crystal. The sloping end is covered with a myriad of tiny, glassy magnesite rhombs and the other end is broken, but is partially healed with new quartz. Periphery wear to the sidecar quartz crystal is noted, but this remains a very showy, highly representative example of the combination species and famous locale.
