Item Description

This is a lovely miniature sized dispalsy specimen. A robust, thick, well-formed, lustrous, sharp, hexagonal "barrel"-shaped red hexagonal crystal of Vanadinite measuring 1.3 cm aesthetically perched atop manganese oxide (Psilomelane) with a secondary smaller, notably prismatic crystal for a nice touch. It's very good quality with no damage that I can see with the naked eye. These specimens are common on the market, but they remain as the standard of quality for the species, and should not be discarded due to their abundance. From the collection of Senator / Dr. Miguel Romero of Teuhuacan, Mexico (Collection #1762).
