Item Description
A gorgeous Variscite nodule in matrix, a whopping 3.9 cm across. The color is superb and there are even numerous drusy nodules in many smaller pockets! But the main nodule is absolutely incredible, translucent, jellylike, carving grade quality and should be worth a fortune to a lapidarist. A killer Variscite by anyone's standards, though, because matrix specimens of these nodules are rarely preserved. Charlie thought this was worth $1000 as I recall.
