Item Description

These are some of the more attractive and unusual Vesuvianite crystals to come out of any "Alpine cleft" locality. This piece features dozens of sharp, lustrous, gemmy, "root beer" colored prism of Vesuvianite up to 14 mm with a few translucent, metallic green blades of Clinochlore on matrix. The Vesuvianites are good quality, and certainly remind me of crystals that I have seen from the Italian Alps. A beautiful miniature size specimen, with remarkably lustrous and eye-catching crystals.
