Wavellite (NEW Find)

Item Description

Sparkly, light olive-green wavellite botryoids with waxy luster fully line an alcove in novaculite matrix on this very sculptural and excellent specimen from a NEW, 2010 find in Arkansas. This one displays very well with the bench in front of the grotto and the bit of periphery wear is only a modest detraction. This is a fine and very showy example of this new find, which has a striking variety of colors and sizes of the wavellite balls.
