Item Description

Excellent pair of intergrown hexagonal crystals with very good luster and exceptional form for the species. The largest of the Whiteites is 1.6 x 1.3 cm. This rare phosphate is named after John White, of Smithsonian and Mineralogical Record fame. Formerly in the R. Theodore Hurr Collection. Superb toenail sized specimen!
