The Hongda mine has been providing collectors with some superb Silver and Silver/Acanthite specimens for several years now. This miniature specimen is a lovely association specimen featuring beautiful, striated, curled wires of native Silver sitting on Acanthite matrix with minor associated Calcite. I don't know if this mine is still producing specimens, as I have seen very little on the market recently, so if you've always wanted one of these attractive contemporary classics, don't miss out on this cute display piece.
