Wulfenite

A hard to find locality specimen of Wulfenite from the lesser known Mobile Mine, in Clark County, Nevada. Sharp, butterscotch colored, thin, tabular crystals of Wulfenite measuring up to 9 mm can be seen on this cabinet specimen. Yes, there are some broken crystals on the piece, but many of them are in good shape. I'm told that this piece was collected recently, possibly off the dumps of the mine. These are distinctive crystals in both their slight modified habit and beautiful color. If you collect minerals of the southwestern US, secondary ore minerals, or specifically Wulfenite, do not miss out on this one. These are nearly impossible to find on the market, and most of the piece I've seen are thumbnails off matrix.
